This Cord cutting ceremony is a powerful tool to help improve your relationships by releasing the unhealthy energy cords so that healthier ones can form. This needs to be combined with doing the inner work of tracing the emotional dynamic back to when it was created, which is typically in childhood. When you take responsibility for your part in the dynamic, it begins to shift the relationship.
